So, as I exuberantly told John before he left, YOU MADE MEISNER FUN. I am always, always, ALWAYS surprised that he can take that exercise and take the mild sense of torture out of it. Having had... rather interestingly mind numbing experiences with Meisner (not bad, acting exercises are never bad, just... painful :D) I have this inability to like Meisner. And then John Gulley pokes my brain and says NOPE SORRY, YOU'LL LOVE IT NOW OKAY. And I obey. Because he has half of my soul already and as soon as I pay tuition, he's got the rest of it.
But yes. It's even more interesting and strangely helpful to WATCH other people repeat. To see what are the marks of being in one's head so as to avoid it.
AND THEN THE SUBWAY GAME HAPPENED. And personal space was forgotten in the name of PETMEPETMEPETME! I love that game, so so so much. I think that is my favorite improv game ever.
OH YEAH and there's the fact that we finished blocking? Yes. Rather spectacular. Beautiful.
Oh, and the Welsh song. Wherein I realized practicing is rather hard when you can't read treble cleft. Ahahahaaa....eugh. /learned to read bass cleft instead OTL.
