day four's predecessor

today was good, i liked the breathing exercises, which will be great if i give birth, which i really don't see happening anytime ever. the people are great, and i can't wit for today. i can't wait to see ian outside going from normal person to kangaroo. actually, i don't have a choice, so i guess i'll wait.
